Independent review of the Urban Land Development Authority, Queensland. 2011

Strategies for Change teamed up with Hill PDA to undertake an independent review of the ULDA for the Department of Local Government and Infrastructure. The review involved consultation with stakeholders, a review of the objectives set up by the ULDA Act 2007, and a review of the ULDA’s performance and governance, including their financial performance against those objectives.

Centre for Research and Urban Innovation, Dubai 2007-8

Sue was appointed with Coffey International Development to assist with the establishment of the Centre for Research and Urban Innovation in the Executive Office in Dubai. Working the local Director of CRUI and his staff she developed an analysis of the key drivers for innovation and liveability in Dubai and an organizational structure for the future success of the Centre. She facilitated a 3 day workshop involving Prof, John Worthington from the UK, and Ken Maher from Australia which developed a program of innovative projects to facilitate an international discussion about Dubai’s future.
